POINT 188 EPDM & Rubber – hybrid adhesive with strong initial and final adhesion for bonding and gluing EPDM and rubber to most building materials. Such as brick, concrete, plastic, ceramic tiles, wood, etc. The adhesive strength after hardening is 12.5 kg/cm². Can be glued to damp surfaces. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use. The adhesive joint can be painted. It does not contain solvents, so the adhesive is not aggressive to sensitive surfaces. Easy and quick to use, only needs to be applied to one side. Resistant to atmospheric influences.

 

Limitations:

  • Do not use on building materials that may bleed oils, plasticizers or solvents.
  • Not suitable for direct application to natural stone, PE, PP, PTFE, neoprene, asphalt or some bituminous materials.

Surfaces must be clean and degreased. The adhesive is applied in stripes to the surface or element to be bonded. The distance between the stripes is 5-10 cm, depending on the weight of the element. Connect the surfaces to be glued and press firmly. The correction time after application is 5-10 minutes. The working environment temperature is +5 °C … +30 °C. Cleaning: with a dry cloth or white spirit before hardening, after hardening, mechanically. Do not wash your hands with solvents.

Store upright in a dry place at +5 ° C to +25 ° C.

Expiry date – 18 months from date of manufacture, subject to storage regulations.
